According to The Telegraph, Swans manager Paul Clement wants to launch an ambitious bid to bring the England international to Wales.
However, they could face competition from West Ham and Newcastle, with Wilshere wanting to join the Hammers if a fee can be agreed, according to the Star.
Arsenal have already turned down a bid from Sampdoria for the 25-year-old, who’s been allowed to leave the Emirates, and are holding out for a deal worth close to £20m.
Additionally, Arsenal are in talks with Crystal Palace of a sale of out-of-favour full-back Calum Chambers, according to The Guardian.
The two clubs are reportedly moving towards agreeing a fee somewhere between Arsenal’s £25m valuation and Palace’s £16m offer.
